Summer is here, and we are so stoked for all the artists coming in June. June is pride month, and there’s a ton of great shows celebrating, including Planet Pride Festival, with Gorgon City, Gareth Emery and Coco & Breezy, at Brooklyn Mirage, or Dreamland: Pride in Central Park with Purple Disco Machine. June also marks the beginning of SummerStage, the seasonal outdoor venue in Central Park.

We are very pleased to report that outdoor shows are back! And we’ve got tons of amazing artists coming to NYC this month to help us celebrate.

We hope everyone is as jazzed as we are about the beginning of spring, and we’re pleased to report that there are so many great shows in April to help you celebrate the end of winter.

What’s groovin’ in March?
In honor of Women’s History Month, we want to shout out all the badass women playing in NYC this month. First, we’ve got the French band, Yelle, lead by singer, Julie Budet, bringing their electro-pop vibes to Elsewhere. Later this month, we’ve got the incredible rock goddess, Abby Jeanne, opening for Ghost Funk Orchestra at Mercury Lounge. ICYMI, we got the chance to catch up with her last summer. What’s groovin’ in February?
We hope everyone had a great start to 2023. February’s a short month, but we’ve got a ton of awesome artists coming to keep you groovin’ all four weeks. First, we’ve got the NYC-bred six-some, Tilden, coming to The Broadway. We caught up with them before their debut headline show at TV Eye last summer and we’re so excited they’re back and rocking in NY again. Check out our interview with them here.

What’s groovin’ in January?
Welcome to 2023 fam! We are so excited for another year of live music and groovy times. It might be freezing, but we’ve got plenty of great shows to keep you dancing & warm this month.

What’s groovin’ in December?
We’re feeling very festive this holiday season, and we plan to celebrate the best way we know how-by groovin’ with the awesome artists coming this month.

What’s groovin’ in November?
While we can’t believe it’s already November, there’s lots to be thankful for with so many great shows this month.

what’s groovin’ in October?
Kick off this week with American alt/R&B musician, singer, songwriter and record producer, Steve Lacy, at Terminal 5 on Monday. After joining The Internet in 2014, he co-produced their Grammy-nominated album, Ego Death, while still in high school. Needless to say, he’s seriously talented, and we know this will be great show.

Welcome to September, fam. Summer may be winding down but there are so many awesome outdoor shows this month, you’ll barely even notice.

We can’t believe it’s August, but the great news is that there are a ton of awesome shows ahead to keep you groovin’ this summer.

While we can’t believe we’re halfway through 2022, we are pumped for all the shows this month has to offer. If you’re feeling some outside vibes on your day off, then head to Knockdown Center to check out the Berlin house collective, Keinemusik. All five members will be there, and groovin’ in the sunshine feels like a fitting way to celebrate America’s bday.

Summer has officially started, and we are pumped for all the outdoor shows to look forward to this month. To kick off the month, you can enjoy some Alternative/Indie artists outside like Vance Joy and The Head and The Heart at the Pier 17 Rooftop.

We’ve got fantastic news for you…rooftop season is officially ON! We’re pumped to visit our fav outdoor spots (looking at you Elsewhere, Sultan Room & Pier 17!). And we’re pleased to announce that the May lineup is in full bloom.

We’re pumped for the beginning of spring in NY and the abundance of shows to look forward to in April.

March is not only the beginning of the end of winter but it’s also bringing so many incredible artists to NYC. We’re blessed with two nights of Tame Impala, Khruangbin, Tyler, the Creator, Tom Misch, Parcels, FLETCHER and Carl Cox.

We made it through another year together, and we couldn’t have done it without this community and the return of live music.
